Legal Secretary
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors and trainee solicitors and assist in the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities

Preparation and filing of basic court applications

Preparation of Court Bundles
-
Copying, scanning and electronic and paper file management
-
Setting up digital client files
-
Handle correspondence with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and ordering supplies.

The position comes with full training, and whilst experience of the above areas is an advantage it is not essential.
