Tom is the founder of Clements Solicitors and is an experienced solicitor with over 10 years of practice in Suffolk. Tom is passionate about equality and stamping out bullying in the workplace and after realising there was a lack of affordable legal services available, he founded Clements Solicitors in 2017. In his spare time Tom enjoys cycling, sailing and spending time with family and his four dogs.
Sabina started at Clements Solicitors as a Paralegal in 2020 and qualified as a solicitor in 2023. Sabina specialises in employment tribunal claims. Sabina graduated from the University of Essex and BPP Law School in Cambridge. Sabina took an elective in Family Law in her degree and received first class honours. Sabina is fluent in Bengali and available to take meetings with Bengali speaking clients. In her spare time Sabina likes going to the gym and doing yoga.
Terry started at Clements Solicitors as a Paralegal in 2020 and qualified as a Solicitor with the firm in 2022. Terry specialises in employment tribunal claims. Terry graduated with a first class degree LLB (Hons) in Law having completed his degree at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, where he undertook a self-taught module in Sports Law which also formed the basis of his dissertation. Terry later completed the Legal Practice Course at the same University, achieving Distinction marks in his Business and Employment Law elective modules. Terry has also previously raised funds for Pro Bono legal initiatives where his team received a ‘Gold Award’ for their fund-raising efforts which were among the top ten in the country. Outside of work, Terry has achieved a black belt in Ju-Jitsu, having practised since the age of five. His efforts have led to him being crowned British Champion in both Takedown and Submission competitions, as well as being inducted into the UKMAS Hall of Fame in 2024. He is also a keen linguist and always looks to learn new languages when he has the opportunity. He finds no better way to pass the time though, than with his family.
Linka is a Solicitor at Clements Solicitors having qualified as a solicitor in 2020. Linka specialises in Family Law and advises individuals, couples and families on range of Family Law matters.
Angelia joined Clements Solicitors as a paralegal and advanced to a Trainee Solicitor role in 2024 after gaining experience at a large regional firm. Angelia predominantly assists with employment tribunal claims, and will assist from time-to-time in family and divorce matters. Angelia graduated with an LLB Law Degree and completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC), achieving a high Merit at Nottingham Trent University whilst working full-time. As part of her LPC, Angelia elected to study both Employment Law and Family Law. Angelia is fluent in Portuguese and is available to take meetings with Portuguese speaking clients. In her spare time, Angelia likes going to the gym, travelling, and spending time with her little pooch, Gucci.
Oliver joined Clements Solicitors in March 2025 and assists in Employment Tribunal matters. Oliver received his LLB (Hons) Law at the University of East Anglia before studying a master’s degree in LLM Legal Practice at the University of Law, passing both the SQE1 & SQE2 on his first attempt. Oliver was previously a Legal Advisor at the University of Law Legal Advice Clinic and also volunteered as an Appropriate Adult at Police Stations as well as in the family team for the Norfolk Community Law Service. In his spare time, Oliver enjoys bouldering, going to the cinema and listening to history podcasts.
Equechie joined Clements Solicitors in January 2026 and assists in Family and Divorce matters. Equechie previously worked in family law at a leading regional law firm as well as a charity in London. Equechie attended City University of London where she graduated with a First Class Honours in International Politics. She then went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law taking electives in Family Law. In her spare time, Equechie enjoys playing volleyball, and watching thriller movies.
Hersh joined Clements Solicitors as a paralegal in March 2026 and assists in Employment Tribunal matters. Hersh attended the University of Kent where he studied an LLB in European Legal Studies. Hersh also did pro-bono work at the Kent Law Clinic in their employment department. He then studied his LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law Moorgate receiving a distinction is his employment law elective. Hersh enjoys going to the gym, as well as reading thriller, sci-fi, and fantasy novels.
Kerry joined Clements Solicitors in March 2026 and assists in Employment Tribunal matters. Kerry previously worked as a Paralegal and has experience in Criminal Law, Private Client and Litigation. She studied an LLB at Anglia Ruskin University and completed the SQE at BPP. Kerry also worked in a legal clinic supporting clients with no access to advice in Family Law. In her spare time, Kerry enjoys spending time with her two daughters as well as reading and travelling.
